To see if creative arts therapy is right for you, please complete either the NDIS referral form or appointment request (non-NDIS). After we have received your form, we will contact you or your service coordinator (if you are an NDIS plan-managed participant*) to find the best suitable time. All initial consultations are 1 hour in length and held in Brisbane.

*If you are a self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participant, a service agreement will be sent to you or your support coordinator after your initial consultation.

NDIS Plan-Managed/Self-Managed Participant 

Price: AU$193.99 per hour as per NDIS pricing guidelines.

Non-NDIS Participant

Price: AU$165 per hour

Please note, we are unable to offer Medicare, mental health care plan, or insurance rebates at this stage.

* Cancellation & Pricing Policy

(a) Cancellations less than 48 hours before the time of your appointment incur a 100% cancellation fee.

(b) Failure to attend an appointment without providing prior notice incurs a 100% cancellation fee.

(c) If a medical certificate can be provided within 48 hours after the missed appointment, which demonstrates your inability to attend due to ill health, we may, in our sole discretion, agree to waive all or part of your cancellation fee.

(d) All prices are in AUD and are set according to industry pricing guidelines.
